	PRE-INSTALLATION CHECK LIST
To help with the installation of your new Eagle Series remover or if you are planning to schedule installation assistance from us, please review the following procedures that require completion prior to your installation appointment. Call us at 1-800-541-8813 if you have any questions. Acknowledge completion of each by checking the boxes where indicated. Fill out, print and Fax back form to 414-764-4298 - Attn. Service Department.

	1. The robot interface signals are available in the injection molding machine. A copy of the injection molding machine electrical controls drawing has been forwarded to the Mark 2 Service Dept for review (not required for SPI interface). Mark 2 Service Dept will return a Remover Interface drawing appropriate for your unit.
	2. Injection molding machine platen has been drilled and tapped per instructions received on Mounting Template. (Template previously sent by Mark 2 Project Engineer or Service Dept.)
	3. Robot has been mounted. A lifting diagram for the EL2 series traverse robots is shown in the User's Manual for your reference.
	4. Air supply is available at the robot installation location near the stationary platen. (Robot requires air supply of 70 psi minimum for operation.)
	5. Electrical power is available - 115VAC outlet required within 15 ft. of installation for all pneumatic units (single phase 240VAC 30 Amp for servo and variable frequency units). We do not recommend using injection molding machine power as an electrical source for the robots.
	6. Both the injection molding machine and mold have been tested together and parts have been molded successfully. This is especially important if purchase includes end-of-arm tooling.
	7. We will be conducting training for your personnel during the installation. So we can plan accordingly, please indicate the number of people you intend to have us train.
