Standard Voltage Ranges
Elwood HVC offers capacitors over a broad range of voltages. While competitors' products are often limited to 1-3KVdc, Elwood HVC's standard product catalog includes capacitors rated at 30KVdc. Additionally; Elwood HVC will engineer solutions up to 50KVdc.

Standard Capacitance Tolerances
To meet the needs of demanding applications, Elwood HVC offers +/-5% capacitance tolerances in standard products. Because we realize the importance of your product, Elwood HVC will engineer capacitors to suit the particular needs of your application.

• +/- 5%
• +/- 10%
• +/- 20%
• + 80% / - 20%

Temperature Chracteristics
Elwood HVC offers capacitors in a ful range of temperature characteristics. Materials range from temperature compensating class I (NPO) to high dielectric constant class II (Z5U).

Package Characteristics
Elwood HVC offers a wide variety of package sizes of our ceramic disc capacitors to accommodate the range of capacitances and voltage we offer.

Standard products offer straight radial leads for circuit connection. Three lead spacings help accommodate your design requirements. Axial, kinked, or leads to your specifications are available upon request. Our customer service and application support staff is happy to indulge your special request.

• Capacitance and dissipation factor are checked for assurance of
