(Preferred Remanufactured Elwood Product)
Elwood's PREP-60/100 program is designed to provide a service to our PreferredCustomers to remanufacture their Elwood valves to 100% new condition, for a fraction of the cost of buying a new replacement valve. This is a no questions asked program. Elwood will take your complete valve assembly in any condition,and remanufacture or replace it, and provide you with a full new warranty, thesame warranty you get witha new valve. The cost to you is only 60% of what you would pay for a new valve.
Upon receipt of your valve, it is completely disassembled ans inspected fordamaged or worn parts. All parts must meet Elwood's quality standards, complying to engineering tolerances and material requirements. If a part does not passinspection, including the body, it is replaced or reconditioned to 100% newcondition. All soft seals and packings are 100% replaced. The valve is then assembled , tested and painted if required.
You valve can also be upgraded with this program. For example, prior toremanufacture, if you would like to have the body material changed from carbonsteel to stainless steel, all you would pay is the cost differednce for thematerial and manufacturing of the body, not for an entire new body made of stainless.
